Francesca
Owner/Stylist
Francesca, (who also answers to “Fran” or, “Franny”), has been a hairsylist for over 15 years. After having become self employed in 2020, she finally felt like it was time to create a space of her own. Francesca has a passion for the unique side of all things hair. She loves creating gorgeous balayage colors as well as custom vivids for bold, exciting looks. A master of cutting, Francesca loves shags, mullets, pixies and any combination therein (shixies, shullets, etc!). Feeling the need for more fullness? Longer locks? Both? Francesca is certified in tape in and weft extensions, book your consultation to see which method works for you!
Franny also has a passion for teaching and sharing her knowledge of the beauty industry, while empowering others to blossom and grow, both behind the chair and personally.
Brittny
Salon Coordinator/Manager/Head Spa Techncian
A licensed stylist of over ten years herself, Brittny has been Franny’s right hand since May of 2021, both working with clients and managing her business. Brittny brings a warm personality, as well as her many years of experience in the customer service industry, and multi faceted experience working in and managing Salon environments to her role here at The Hive. We would be lost without her! Brittny is now bringing her magical scalp massaging skills to our head spa. Come and relax in our private head spa space and get the extended scalp treatment we know you all have been waiting for!
Emily
Stylist
Emily is a stylist here at The Hive, and we are so happy to have her! With over nine years of experience behind the chair, Emily loves foil work and blonding, specializing in gorgeous, lived in color. She also has a passion for vivids, creating unique and striking looks for any client. As a makeup artist and formal style enthusiast, Emily has you covered for all special occasions!
In her free time, Emily enjoys drawing, painting and baking!
Naomi
Stylist
Naomi has been behind the chair for almost 8 years. She is passionate about creating custom color and bold, dimensional looks that make her clients feel confident and seen. Naomi loves connecting with the people who sit in her chair and turning their hair goals into reality!
Outside of the salon, her favorite role is being a mama. She loves to spend most of her free time with her daughter, whether at the pool, watching movies, or traveilng together to support her love for barrel racing. She is her biggest inspiration and her whole heart!
Lexa graduated from Paul Mitchell in December 2023. She enjoys all kinds of color services, as well as cutting all variation of mullet and shag inspired shapes! She also thoroughly enjoys cutting and styling long, layered haircuts, as well as transforming her clients’ look with extensions!
In her free time, you can catch her reading, writing, painting or playing video games. She is a fellow tattoo collector and self-proclaimed shopaholic who also loves spending time with her family.

Cindy
With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Cindy graduated from Paul Mitchell School and continued to study under prestigious Hollywood hair and makeup gurus, from film and tv to behind the chair.
Cindy has a passion for making people feel beautiful and has a versatile skill set for all hair types. With a reputation as an expert in seamless balayage, lived in color, tape in extensions and working with her clients’ natural base to produce gorgeous color.
When she is not in the salon, you can catch Cindy reading, spending time in the gym, traveling, hiking or hanging with her two kids and her cats, Bellatrix and Lupin, and her dog, Luna!

Haven
Apprentice
Haven joined us in July 2025 after having started her apprenticeship at another salon in the area. Haven enjoys blonding and vivid color services most. She has always wanted to do something that helps people and has always loved beauty, so she figured hairdressing would be the perfect way to combine both into a career she would love.
When she is not in the salon, you can find her spending time with her family and her four cats, or exploring new places.
Adeline
Franny’s personal Assistant/Soon to be junior stylist
Adeline is a 2020 graduate of the Kettle Run highschool cosmetology program and obtained her license in 2021. During that time, she was also attending classes at Laurel Ridge Community College, where she graduated with an associate’s degree in 2022. After a few unsuccessful attempts at finding her footing in the beauty industry, she joined the team at The Hive in October of 2024 as a salon assistant. By June of 2025, Adeline graduated from general assistant to being Fran’s personal assistant/costylist to help prepare her for going on the floor and taking on her own clients in the New Year.
Adeline enjoys blonding services and lived in color, but is always ready and willing to learn new things!
In her free time, Addie likes to spend time with her family, wander around antique stores, watching movies, history, sewing and chrocheting.
Macie
Apprentice
Macie joined us in April 2025, while she was attending a hair school in northern Virginia. In June, she made the shift to complete her education as an apprentice here at the Hive! Macie has a love for blonding services and alternative styling to bring out the unique beauty of every client that sits in her chair.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time outside with her dog and partner. She is also an artist, she loves to sketch, create and challenge herself to grow and get better at everything she does.
Liv
Assistant
Liv is our newest assistant, she is still in highschool and is going through the cosmetology program there. She is with us part time at the moment, getting as much hands on experience as she can while she is finishing getting her education.
In her free time, Liv loves making art and hanging out with her dog!
